DURRANI prides itself on having a high standard of quality with everything we produce, however we cannot reasonably and do not cover lens scratches, wear and tear, mishandling or abuse of our products.
We stand by the quality of our Products.
We will not refund a product unless it is damaged/defective from new.
If the product/s received are damaged, please return the product/s (must include pouch and protective box) to us for an in house inspection within 10 days of when it was delivered to you. If you need to return your products:
Package them up securely in a cardboard box or bubble wrap. Put your name, return address, mobile number, email address, and a copy of your dated purchase receipt in the package. Send your package to:

We recommend you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we unfortunately can’t be responsible for it if it gets lost. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We’ll let you know once we’ve received your product/s, and if they are defective, we’ll be more than happy to send you a replacement. If they aren’t defective, repair charges may apply.
Please note, if the product/s are returned and found to be in poor condition upon examination (which includes wear or sweat marks to the lens, scratches/damage to the lens or any other part of the frame) this will void the warranty.

Simply return your eyewear to us in UNDAMAGED CONDITION with all packaging/casing/protection within 30 days of when it was delivered to you.
Once received and the condition is confirmed, you will then be able to exchange your item for a product of the same value OR receive a store credit of equal value to your purchase OR receive a full refund.
Any items purchased on sale are not eligible for refund.
